LEATHER AGENDA Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your full price purchase you may return the item within 14 days of receiving it for exchange or merchant credit ONLY. Merchant credits are non-transferable and must be used within 14 days of receipt.

Returned merchandise must be in its original packaging and in perfect, unused condition. Promotional items (if any) related to the purchase must also be returned or customer may be subject to paying the full value of the product. Sorry, shipping costs (if they apply) will not be refunded. Sale and discounted merchandise is final and cannot be exchanged or returned.

Repairs

If our merchandise malfunctions due to manufacturer’s defect, notify us within 7-days by calling 708-697-8773. We will repair or replace the item(s), at our sole discretion, for any product that is deemed defective. If we determine the item cannot be repaired, you may exchange the item(s) for merchandise of equal value or opt for merchant credit. Merchant credit is non-transferable and must be used within 14 days of receipt. Shipping costs incurred are at the expense of the customer and will not be refunded.

PRODUCT CARE

Jewelry 

Our jewelry may be plated with gold and other precious metal finishes. To keep jewelry shiny, wipe it clean frequently with a soft cloth and store it in a felt pouch if possible. Fasten bracelet and necklace clasps to prevent tangling. Do not polish them with any type of jewelry cleaner or use treated cloths, cleaning solutions or solvents. Never let plated jewelry come in contact with abrasive creams, toothpaste, brushes, paper towels or tissue paper, as these can scratch the finish. Do not expose leather jewelry to water or any form of moisture, and always make sure your plated jewelry is dry prior to storing, moisture leads to tarnish.

Leather Bags

Ensure you stuff your handbag with tissue paper or soft pieces of cloth. Wipe your bag with a moist cloth everyday. This will prevent the leather from hardening due to age. Store your leather handbag in a clean, dry and airy environment. Consider using your Leather Agenda duster bag for the best results.
